For gas testing operation with high H2S and guaranteeing its safety, a set of matching equipment, safety monitoring and protecting, completion tech have been exploited which are used in Yong15 and Yong22 wells to solve the technical problems which exists in oil and gas testing field containing H2S effectively.
H2S对人体具有致命的毒害,对金属设备亦有严重的腐蚀作用,在高含H2S井试气作业时,为确保安全施工,开发出含H2S井试气设备配套技术、安全监测与防护、完井工艺等配套技术,并成功应用于永15井、永22井,有效地解决了含H2S井试油气工艺技术存在的技术难题。
