一种具有乙烯砜型活性基的双偶氮双活性反应性染料,按《染料索引》命名为C.I.活性黑5,其活性中等,固色率为70%~80%。主要用于棉、粘胶及涤棉混纺织物的染色和印花。用单一染料染得成品,色泽乌黑,是较满意的黑色反应性染料品种。
工业上,通常在对-β- 羟乙砜基苯胺硫酸酯的盐酸介质中,加入亚硝酸钠进行重氮化。2mol重氮盐与1molH-酸,先在强酸性(pH=3)条件下偶合,再在弱酸性(pH=6~6.5)条件下偶合,经盐析,过滤得产品。活性黑KN-B适用于中温轧染和印花,耐晒坚牢度良好,洗涤性能优良,还可与一氯三嗪型活性染料拼色。
