This paper puts forward to acquire solid standards of color offset printing by the method of combining color measurement and density and a new term "chromaticity difference circle".

By analyzing the harms forming conditions and the deficiency of traditional control methods,it explained why using modern quality control technology was available method to solve the colour-difference problem.
