材料
豆腐 香椿末 松茸菇 栗子 山药 再来米粉

作法
１）先将栗子蒸熟后，压碎备用。
２）香椿末放入少许盐拌匀后，起油锅将油烧热后，淋于香椿上备用。
３）山药切块后，连同豆腐一起放入果汁机中打成泥状后，再添加再来米粉及盐，继续打匀后备用。
４）接着将铁板先用大火烧热备用。
５）扣碗中放入少许打好的豆腐泥蒸熟后，再添加栗子及所有的豆腐泥，用大火蒸二十分钟后，将豆腐倒扣于铁板上备用。
６）锅中放入松茸菇、酱油及少量的水煮滚后，再添加盐调味及太白粉水勾芡后淋于豆腐上，食用时再淋上香椿泥即可。
