超低钼高纯石墨是生产信息领域及日常家用小型电器中广泛使用的碱性高能电池的主要原料,是国际上八十年代石墨深加工先进的代表性产品之一。
科学技术发展迅速,产品更新频繁,在世纪之交,日本、美国、德国已率先采用膨胀石墨取代了超低钼高纯石墨(天然磷片)。其原因是:天然磷片超低钼高纯石墨虽有优良的导电性能,但与二氧化锰的粘结性差。采用膨胀石墨制备的碱锰电池,与用超低钼高纯石墨制备的电池相比较,其1500ma大功率放电时间可提高20-30%。
