This paper takes Meizhou city as an example, bases on the contrast between the land use condition in 1986 and 2006, and takes the ecological green equivalent as the measure index of the environmental impact assessment, to establish the ecology green equivalent mathematical model and survey the value of region green equivalent, then assess the ecological environment situation.
