xunhuan Iiuhuaehuang ronshao循环流化床燃烧(cioulating fluidized bed Colr山us-tion)一项继传统炉排炉和煤粉炉之后的新型燃煤技术。其燃烧系统主要是由一个流态化燃烧室、物料分离收集的分离器以及使该物料返回燃烧室的返料器所组成。由于炉内床料的热容量大,强烈的掺混和反复的循环再燃,其燃料适应性好,可以高效燃用各类煤种以及煤研石、秸秆甚至垃圾等劣质燃料;由于是低温燃烧,它可以通过添加石灰石进行简便、价廉的炉内脱硫处理,其氧化氮排放亦低,可用于防治二氧化硫和氧化氮排放带来的大气污染和酸雨危害;其负荷调节范围宽,适于发展热电和电力调峰之用;其灰渣活性好,可作建材。 自20世纪70年代末国外首台循环流化床燃烧锅炉问世以来,为了控制大气污染和燃用低质燃料等目的,其应用发展很快,目前正迅速向大型电站锅炉领域渗透。1988年中国首台ro吨/时循环流化床燃烧锅炉投人运转,目前蒸发量达75吨/时容量等级的此型锅炉已广为应用。此项高效、低污染燃煤技术将会对节能和环保发挥深远的影响。 (王达三)
