性质: 是用“无乳化剂”乳液聚合新方法,将去离子水、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和少量二乙烯基苯于过硫酸钾引发剂存在下反应,经纯化后得到表面“清洁”、带有羟基,直径约0.4μm、单分散性好的胶乳微球。选用疏水性适中的胶乳在适宜PH值的磷酸缓冲液中物理吸附抗α-甲胎蛋白抗体(AFP抗体),由此可望制成早期诊断肝癌的胶乳试剂。
