z卜ongkong gongding jioo之hu中空钢锭浇注(teeming of Hollow Ingot) 指采用特定的工艺直接浇注出带有中心孔的钢锭的铸锭方法。通常采用下注法浇注小型中空钢锭。这种方法在浇注前预先在各个锭模中心放置一根普通碳素钢或低合金钢管，下端用流钢砖上的定位孔定位，顶端用固定于模口的把持器定位，使之稳定处于锭模中心。(见图)浇入钢锭模的钢水在模壁和钢管壁之间凝固，得到中空钢锭。轧制加热前，在凝固于钢锭中心的钢管中插入一根粗细相当的高锰钢芯子，轧制后将高锰钢芯子抽出，得到有中心孔的六角形或圆形钢材。也曾试验过在高锰钢芯子表面涂一层0.8一1.Zmm厚的耐高温涂料，烘干后放入锭模中，然后进行浇注，将带有高锰钢芯子的钢锭进行轧制，轧制成材后再将高锰钢芯子抽出得到中空钢材。这种方法尚未在生产中得到推广。五 中空钢锭浇注设备示意图 1一中注管;2一钢管固定装置;3一把持器;4一钢管壁; 5一钢锭模壁;6一流钢砖;7一底板 由中空钢锭轧出的各种中空钢材经热处理后具有较高的强度、硬度及耐冲击性，适于制作凿岩机的钎杆。 (成国光)
