The pretreatment processes of pre-steaming at 120℃, black liquor treatment at 120℃ and the black liquor treatment at 120℃followed by screw extrusion were applied in NaOH-AQ pulping and kraft pulping of the triploid of Populus Tomentosa, the Kappa numbers ofthe pulps obtained are decreased to 15 or lower and the extended delignification is achieved.
利用120℃预汽蒸、120℃黑液预浸以及120℃黑液预浸与螺旋挤压相结合三种预处理技术对三倍体毛白杨NaOH-AQ法和KP法进行改良蒸煮,纸浆卡伯值降至15以下,达到了深度脱木素的目的。
