Based on the features of the recycling residue of slurry-bed hydrocracking for residue,a hydrocyclone was designed and separating tests under hot conditions with recycling residue were carried out.
针对重油悬浮床加氢工艺循环油浆液固密度差小、胶质沥青质含量高等特点,设计加工了油浆分离用旋液分离器,热模试验结果表明旋液分离器对于循环油浆中的甲苯不溶物具有较好的分离效果;同时对于油浆中的胶质沥青质具有一定的分离效果,可在一定程度上改善循环油浆性质、延缓设备反应器结焦趋势。

This project installs cyclone separator behind the carbueter of vaporization section in residue-type chemical fertilizer ammonia plant and revamps the carbueter structure so that the ash flows with cooling water to the separator instead of remaining in the carbueter.
渣油型化肥厂合成氨气化工段的气化炉后加置旋液分离器 ,改造气化炉结构 ,使灰渣不滞留于气化炉中 ,随激冷水流到旋液分离器中 ,将激冷水中全部能堵塞后序流程设备的灰渣沉淀 ,定期排放到屯渣槽中 ,干净的不含有堵塞设备的灰渣的碳黑水送往碳黑回收工段。
