性质:一种连续纤维增强金属复合材料。硼纤维采用带有碳化硼或碳化硅涂层的纤维;钛基多用Ti-6Al-4V或塑性更好的β型合金(Ti-15V-3Cr-3Sn-3Al)。复合材料一般含纤维35%~40%(vol),单向增强时纵向拉伸强度约为1300~1500MPa,模量约230GPa,密度约3.7g/cm3。其主要特点是适合于在较高的温度下(550~650℃)工作。制造工艺主要采用预制条带的热压扩散结合。纤维上的涂层能保护纤维,避免在高温下与基体反应而损伤材料性能。主要用途为制造航空发动机压气机叶片和其他耐热零件。
