性状描述:橙红色结晶粉末。熔点178-182℃。易溶于丙酮;冰乙酸,微溶于水、乙醇。

生产方法:5,5'-二氯-2,2'二羟基联苯(见12785)经硝化而得。硝化反应在乙酸中进行,滴加硝酸的温度不超过20℃,加毕,于30℃保温搅拌2h,然后加入活性炭回流脱色1h,用硝滤棒抽滤,滤液冷至15℃以下,析出结晶,甩滤,用乙酸洗涤,干燥,得双硝氯酚。收率60%。

用途:抗蠕早药。用于防治牛;羊肝片吸虫病。
