      简称光催化,指在催化剂存在下进行的光化学反应。光催化的特点是利用光辐照激发催化剂分子或激发催化剂和反应分子,形成络合物,并可能经历配位络合、能量传递和电子传递等过程,从而加速光化学反应。光催化反应有均相或多相之分,可采用人工光源(包括激光)或太阳光,有效波段是紫外和可见光的高频段。典型的光催化反应有铜 (I)盐光催化降冰片二烯异构化、二氧化钛光催化烃类氧化等有机光催化反应和氧化锌光催化氧化(将一氧化碳氧化为二氧化碳)、二氧化钛光催化氧化(将CN-氧化成CNO-)等环境保护用无机光催化反应等。
