一种血清絮浊试验。血清中γ球蛋白和低浓度硫酸锌巴比妥缓冲液混合后可发生沉淀而显混浊。浊度的高低和血清内γ球蛋白的含量多少成正比。故任何伴有γ球蛋白增加的疾病,血清中都会显出硫酸锌浊度增加。慢性肝炎和肝硬化较易出现阳性结果。正常人为2~12单位。
