nongye ZlyU0n农业资源(agnculttlral~。es)人们从事农业生产或农业经济活动所利用或可资利用的各种资源总称，包括自然资源和社会资源。自然资源是自然生成的，社会资源是人类社会劳动形成的。农业自然资源主要包括气候资源、土地资源、水资源和生物资源。社会资源主要包括劳动力、资金、农业物质技术装备、科学技术、信息资源等。农业资源的概念随着科学技术的发展和人们对自然界的认识，经常处于动态发展的状态，例如把信息作为资源的说法仅是近几年的事。 能被用于农业生产的自然物质与能量，称为农业自然资源，提供并保证农业生产获得产量的光、温、水等气候因子的数量及组合，称为气候资源或气候条件，气候资源具有周而复始循环特性;可供农业开发利用的、含较低可溶性盐类并不含有毒物质的水分来源叫水资源，水资源具有流动性与循环补给性;陆地表面为人类生产和生活的场所叫土地资源，作为农业资源的土地具有肥力，能生长植物;可作为农业生产经营对象的天然生长的植物、动物和农业微生物的种类及群落类型称为生物资源，生物资源具有遗传特性。 各种农业自然资源除具有各自的特性外，还具有共同的特性和规律:①整体性。组成农业自然资源的各个要素是相互联系、相互制约的整体。在一定的水、热条件下，形成一定的土壤和植被，以及与之相适应的动物和微生物群落。一种因素的变化会引起其他因素相应的变化，甚至导致从一种资源组合演变成另一种资源组合。例如，荒漠在水利灌溉条件下可变成绿洲。森林被破坏后，会引起水土流失，生物群落也发生变化。②地域性。自然资源形成条件和组合分布有很大的地域差异，造成对农业生产的不同优势和制约因素，农业生产布局必须因地制宜，趋利避害。③可更新性。农业自然资源多具有长期循环和可更新性。例如，气候资源与水资源周而复始，生物不断繁衍，土壤肥力恢复。在合理利用和保护条件下，可以永续利用;如果利用不当，也会造成某些资源的衰竭。④可培育性。人类通过兴修水利，变早地为水田，变荒漠为绿洲。通过选择杂交、诱变等手段，培育新品种。⑤数量上的有限性和潜力的无限性。农业自然资源在一定时期、一定地域的种类和数量是有限的，但随着科技进步和物质设备增强，人类可以不断提高光能与水的利用率和土地生产力，并不断扩大资源的利用程度和利用范围，使数量有限的资源能相对无限地发挥其生产潜力。(张巧玲)
