d IonfUShl电腐蚀(eleetroerosion)由于电火花放电使发电机绝缘材料表面造成烧损和腐蚀的现象。现代大容量透平发电机定子线棒的主绝缘一般采用热固性绝缘材料,热固性材料在运行温度下几乎没有热膨胀,由于振动和其他制造原因的影响,致使定子线棒主绝缘外表面防电晕层与槽壁之间接触不良,存在着局部间隙,当线棒主绝缘与防电晕层结合不紧密时也会存在局部间隙。当间隙的电场强度超过某一数值时,将产生间隙火花放电,致使局部温度升高,有时可高达摄氏几千度,使防电晕层和主绝缘表面受到严重腐蚀或烧损。此外,高压定子线棒在通风槽口和端部出槽口处有可能出现电晕放电,使空气电离而产生臭氧及氮的氧化物,与空气中的水分起化学作用,引起线棒表面防电晕层和主绝缘的腐蚀。 间隙上所受的电压与定子绕组电压、定子线棒尺寸、主绝缘材料和厚度、防电晕层的电阻率和线棒的嵌装工艺等有关。环氧粉云母绝缘的线棒较沥青云母带绝缘的线棒容易产生放电;发电机额定电压越高或线棒在运行中所处的电位越高,间隙上所承受的电压也越高;线棒防电晕层表面和槽壁间的接触电阻越大或接触点间的距离越大,间隙上所受的电压也越高。 防止电腐蚀的主要措施是:改进材料性能和提高工艺水平;改进线棒在槽内的固定方法,以使线棒与槽壁接触紧密可命;定子槽内喷半导体漆,槽内垫条采用半导体材料,采用主绝缘和防电晕层一次热压成型,以消除主绝缘和防电晕层之间的局部间隙;在线棒端部出槽口处采用碳化硅半导体漆的防电晕措施等。
