The low temperature conversion process for sulfur based NPK production( S-NPK, nominal spec: 15-15-15) can be widely used with low cost, it not only can adopt cross pipe reactor and rotary drum for granulation ,but also spraying slurry for granulation, but the unbalanced nutrition exists in the product in the two processes,ω(N) is rather low and ω(P 2O 5) is rather high.
