性质:一般指长时间使用在100℃以上至200℃左右的橡胶。硫化橡胶在高温或热氧长时间作用下,分子链被破坏或进一步交联,则发生橡胶软化或脆化。提高橡胶的耐热性能有以下三个方面。(1)选择耐热性的生胶。橡胶的耐热稳定性决定于分子结构及键合强度。常用耐热橡胶的耐用温度可归纳为:氯丁、丁腈及氯醇橡胶为100~130℃;丁基、三元乙丙橡胶及氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶为130~150℃;丙烯酸酯橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶为150~180℃;硅橡胶、氟橡胶为180~200℃;硼硅橡胶、全氟醚为>250℃。(2)橡胶的硫化体系。具有最佳耐热交联结构的硫化体系如下:天然橡胶丁腈橡胶用镉镁硫化体系或过氧化物硫化体系;三元乙丙橡胶用过氧化物(过氧化二异丙苯)硫化体系;丁基橡胶用树脂化体系。(3)采用高效耐热型防老剂。常用对苯二胺类的4010NA及酮胺缩合物类的RD,BLE等。其次填充剂中,宜用白炭黑、氧化锌、氧化镁。必须用炭黑补强时,宜用槽法炭黑。
