1948年Le Mesurier提出后已不断改进。切口在患侧呈“T”形而在健侧呈“L”形(右侧唇裂)或反“L”形(左侧唇裂),将患侧所形成的矩形瓣插入健侧,此法适用于完全性唇裂以及唇红缘发育较差的病例,但因设计比较复杂,术后可出现上唇过紧、过长或两侧不对称等缺点,目前较少采用。
