Base on the theory of “non-condensation, liquid-liquid dispersion” a powdered model of polychloroprene rubber latex in the inverse-coagulation processing was derived, and the particle size distribution of sulfur modified powdered polychloroprene rubber (PCR) was used to express the latex drop size distribution, which was proved by using the method of uniform design testing.
在液体搅拌中关于“无凝并、液-液分散”的相关理论的基础上,建立和推导了氯丁胶乳的逆凝聚成粉模型,并采用粉末氯丁橡胶(PCR)粒子的大小来表征胶乳液滴的大小,采用均匀试验设计的方法验证了该模型的合理性与正确性,说明该模型可以有效地模拟PCR的逆凝聚包覆和氯丁胶乳的粉末化过程:产物中1~3mm的中等大小粒子的质量分数仅与搅拌转速有关,说明湍流爆裂是产生中等粒子的主要原因,而带状拉伸则是产生较粗颗粒和细小粒子的主要原因。
