性质:以低能电子束(EB0.2~0.3MeV或紫外线(UV)为辐射源诱导特殊配制的100%反应性液体快速转变成固体的过程。它的优点是降低能耗、提高生产率、提高涂膜质量,而且由于不存在有机溶剂而减少了大气污染。辐射固化涂料体系的基本组成是端部带有不饱和基团的齐聚物、活性稀释剂、少量阻聚剂和一些助剂(如表面活性剂、消光剂、颜料等)。这些试剂在辐射作用下产生自由基(或离子),然后引发聚合、交联和接枝反应而使液体迅速固化成膜。UV固化与EB固化主要差异在于能源形式不同和产生自由基的来源不同。UV体系必须含光引发剂,而EB体系必须在氮气保护下完成固化。辐射固化技术以UV固化为主(90%以上),EB固化也在逐步发展。
