性质:又称渗透汽化。液体在膜两侧压力差的作用下,从膜的一侧透过膜,而在另一侧变成蒸气的过程。其原理是:在膜的上游连续输入已被加热的液体,在膜的下游用真空泵抽吸造成负压,使液体透过膜变成蒸气,然后,再将其冷凝成液体。膜的上游一般维持常压。液体混合物的不同组分透过膜的速度不同,从而可实现不同组分的分离。目前渗透蒸发已在醇类的精制(脱水)等方面实现了工业化。
