主要原料 酸枣、白糖等。
设备用具 真空泵、铝锅等。
制作方法 选用酸枣（或酸枣核、皮）加0.8-10倍水，放铝锅中煮沸20-30分钟，过滤，用白糖调解糖的含量为7％～8％，放入真空泵中抽滤，滤液立即装入事先灭菌的瓶内，加盖，置于沸水中杀菌、加热，在100℃时保持20分钟，取出分段冷却，擦去水，检查封口质量，合格者为成品。
工艺流程 选料→加水→煮沸→过滤→调解糖量→抽滤→装瓶→灭菌→分级冷却→检质→成品。
