Since ceramic anodizing process as a kind of special anodic oxidation technique can be used to fabricate porcelain and enamellike oxide film with good protective and decorative effects on the surface of aluminum and its alloy, titaniumpotassium oxalate was selected as the electrolyte to prepare the ceramic anodizing film on Al and Albased alloy.

The corrugated ceramic packings offer excellent resistance to high-temperature hydrogen sulfide and naphthenie acid corrosions.
