三聚氰酸又称氰尿酸，异氰尿酸，分子量129.07.白色结晶粉末，无臭，略有苦味。含有两个结晶水者，相对密度1．768，熔点＞360 ℃(分解)，加热至150℃时失去结晶水。溶于水、热乙醇、吡啶、浓硫酸、浓盐酸，不溶于甲醇、乙醚、丙酮、氯仿、苯等。对人体皮肤和粘膜有刺激性，用于生产合成树脂。贮存于阴凉、干燥的库房内，防热、防潮。
