性质:含2分子结晶水者为柱状结晶,100℃失去结晶水,183-185℃分解放出二氧化碳。易溶于水,溶于甲醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯,微溶于醇、醚、氯仿、苯及石油醚。

制备方法:以苯并吡嗪为原料,经高锰酸钾氧化而得。先将水及苯并吡嗪投入反应锅中,于搅拌下将高锰酸钾均匀加入,温度保持在68-70℃保温2h,测终点。放置过夜,吸取上层清液,下层物加水搅拌,加热至80℃过滤,将上层清液及滤液以薄膜蒸发器浓缩,然后取出用盐酸中和至pH=2,析出吡嗪二羧酸单钾盐,冷却,25℃甩滤。将滤饼加入盐酸中,搅拌升温至全溶,于15℃以下冷却结晶,甩滤,以少许乙醇洗涤,甩干得结晶品。以苯并吡嗪计,收率为70%。

用途:该品为抗结核病药物吡嗪酰胺的中间体。
