The photosynthesis physiology of three bermudagrass(Cynodon dactylon) cultivars(Unhulled,Savannah,Jackport)were researched by measuring the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),the conductance to H2O(Cond) and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) in the leaves under the immitaion of drought stress and alkaline stress with PEG6000 and NaOH.
以狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)的3个品种普通不脱壳(Unhulled)、萨旺那(Savannah)和佳宝(Jackpot)为试验材料,在PEG6000和NaOH不同组合模拟干旱与碱胁迫条件下,测定了3个狗牙根品种叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cond)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)等光合生理指标,初步得出如下结论:受到干旱和碱双重胁迫时,3个品种的净光合效率总体下降,但萨旺那的净光合速率明显高于普通不脱壳和佳宝;3个品种叶片气孔导度也表现为总体下降的趋势;3个品种的细胞间CO2浓度都表现为上升-下降-上升的趋势。
