Method:Methanol extracts from roots,stems,leaves and flowers were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,the antioxidative activity of those inβ-carotene/linoleic acid system and DPPH free radical-scavenging activity was examined by spectrophotometry.

补充资料:蒸萝卜糕法
每饭米八升,加糯米二升,水洗净,泡隔宿。舂粉筛细,配萝卜三四斤,刮去粗皮,擦成丝。用猪板油一斤,切丝或作丁,先下锅略炒,次下萝卜丝同炒,再加胡椒面、葱花、盐各少许同炒。萝卜丝半熟,捞起候冷,拌入米粉内,加水调极匀(以手挑起,坠有整块,不致太稀),入笼内蒸之(先用布衬于笼底),筷子插入不粘,即熟矣。
又法
猪油、萝卜,椒料俱不下锅,即拌入米粉同蒸。
