A combined process of hydrolytic acidification,inner loop three phase biological fluidized bed,anoxic/oxic(A/O)and valveless filter applied in the treatment and reuse of the urethane elastic fibre industrial wastewater is presented in this paper.

Aiming at the characteristic of good biodegradability of nylon-6 wastewater,the hydrolysis acidification/two-stage bio-contact oxidation process was adopted.

The paper mainly concerns the pretreatment of wastewater in polyester production through aerobic/anaerobic processes with using suspend soft fiber material as packing.
