性质:物化性质见硝酸钾。由硝酸钠加入蒸馏水加热溶解,按NaNO3:KCl=100:85配料比缓慢加入氯化钾进行复分解反应,加入除砷和除重金属进行溶液净化,过滤除去杂质,滤液经蒸发浓缩,先析出氯化钠,经过滤,滤液送入冷却结晶器,用滤液量10%~15%的蒸馏水稀释,边搅拌边冷却,经24h后,析出硝酸钾结晶,过滤,水洗,离心脱水,气流干燥制得。用作食品工业发色剂,护色剂,抗微生物剂,防腐剂。
