以Al-Ce-Ni共晶合金作为研究对象,采用熔体净化剂与循环过热相结合的方法净化合金,循环过热通过高温效应熔解、钝化异质形核质点,熔体净化剂通过化学溶解、物理化学吸附及其组元与异质形核衬底的化学反应去除异质形核质点与衬底,并减缓金属熔体的氧化。

The test results show that in the initial period of the filtration cycle,the residual pressure drop of the filter increases rapidly,and then increases slowly.
