性质:石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析中一种程序升温方式。试样置于石墨炉中以后,加温程序分为干燥、灰化、原子化及清除四步。温度从室温升到近3000℃,约在1~2min内完成,达到每一步时温度还要保持10~20s,所以从一步升到另一步所需时间极短,故升温的时间程序像阶梯一样。
