Some techniques on borehole engineering and resource evaluation of in-situ leaching uranium in Kazakstan are introduced, including reserve calculation index of sandstone uranium deposit, well configuration and construction, well cleaning, geophysical logging, etc.

The paper also introduced the characteristics of shallow geothermal survey in Tianjin and some relative problems in borehole engineering,described hydrogeology condition in Tianjin,and analyzed how to deal with recirculation for ground source heat pump and damage to resistivity water layer between saline and fresh water layer.

Based on the basic features of dynamic gas emission during boring process, a theoretical model for calculating the dynamic volume of gas emission from bore hole is set up.

The drilling construction experience of mud and sand seam
