buhonglu liangang不烘炉炼钢(starting operation without pre-heating eonverter lining)在新转炉开炉时不用燃料烘烤炉衬而直接兑入铁水炼钢的技术。在创造出不烘炉炼钢以前，新转炉开炉都沿用烘炉操作，即利用各种燃料燃烧发热使新砌好的炉衬温度达到1。。。℃以上，然后兑入铁水炼钢。烘炉操作耗费大量燃料。而且由于炉衬中的结合剂沥青有其软化温度，在软化温度范围沥青变得稀软，使炉衬砖失去强度极易塌落，所以烘炉操作必须严格按照烘烤曲线进行，时间拖得很长。即使这样，仍有塌炉的危险。中国首都钢铁公司通过实践总结出，不预先烘烤炉衬而将铁水直接兑入炉内，使炉衬表面温度迅速超过沥青软化温度，直接吹氧炼钢是可能的。新炉衬所吸收的热量可以用补加焦炭于铁水面上，使之氧化放热来弥补。不烘炉炼钢操作可以节约燃料，并且提高了炉子作业率和生产率。 (曲英)
