In the overall plant configuration design of FS refinery for attainment of EuroⅣstandard,HR~ process was compared with selective hydrogenation process of FCC naphtha in respect of process characteristics,hydrogen consumption, energy requirement and economics,etc.
为了使汽油质量达到欧Ⅳ标准,FS厂在全厂加工流程方案设计中,根据自身特点,从氢耗、能耗和经济性等方面,比较了采用HR~烃重组技术的烃重组方案和目前普遍采用的对FCC汽油进行选择性加氢精制的方案。

The results show that the chemical hydrogen consumption is lower combined with FH-40A/FH-40B catalysts than with FH-40A catalyst only,under the conditions that the product S<1 μg/g,N<1 μg/g and bromine value <150 mg Br/100 g(feed of molecular sieve catalyst).
采用不同的催化剂进行航煤加氢工艺试验,试验结果证明,,采用FH-40A/FH-40B催化剂匹配装填与全部装填FH-40A催化剂进行对比,在满足产品w(S)<1μg/g,w(N)<1μg/g和溴指数<150 mg Br/100 g油(即满足分子筛进料要求)的情况下,可以降低加氢精制反应的化学氢耗。
