氨基漆的主要由两部分组成,其一是氨基树脂组分,主要有丁醚化三聚氰氨甲醛树脂、甲醚化三聚氰氨甲醛树脂、丁醚化脲醛树脂等树脂。其二是羟基树脂部分,主要有中短油度醇酸树脂、含羟丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂等树脂。氨基漆除了用于木器涂料的脲醛树脂漆(俗称酸固化漆)外,主要品种都需要加热固化,一般固化温度都在100℃以上,固化时间都在20分钟以上。固化后的漆膜性能极佳,漆膜坚硬丰满,光亮艳丽,牢固耐久,具有很好的装饰作用及保护作用。缺点是对涂装设备的要求较高,能耗高,不适合于小型生产。氨基漆主要用于汽车面漆、家具涂装、家用电器涂装、各种金属表面涂装、仪器仪表及工业设备的涂装。
