Disscussion on the influence factors of half-second delay nonel detonator

Several factors which affect the delay accuracy of Nonel detonator are discussed in this paper.

The article systematic analyses on high-strength nonel with plastic sheath,delay time precision of detonator, formula and processing technology of delay composition, manufacturing technology of delay element,assemble stracture of detonator,connection block and designing of applied software etc, overall introduces synthesis performance of high-strength and high-precision nonel detonator.

According to combustion reaction basic theory of delay composition for study on the formulation and mixed-way design of B/BaCrO4 delay composition,it is adopted the lead delay element to assembly into non-electric detonator that the delay time and precision is inspected,combined with practical application way of industrial detonators.

The initiation delay time,axial and side exported energy were tested,which should be paid attention during the use of nonel tube detonator.

The new type T linking block of Nonel tube is mainly used in initiation network composed of detonating cord and nonel tube detonators.

The present conditions of quality of nonel tube detonators in our country are describedin detail and some suggestions toward the existed quality problems of the detonator are also presented.
