Especially when there are conflict between ecology and economic,the optimal solution in ecology and the optimal solution in economy should be applied by different condition.

The realization of the simplified optimal solution algorithms:——An Analysis of program design of class division in Higher Institutions;

Results indicate that this method can obtain uniformly distributed Pareto-optimal solutions.
