补充资料:蔬果炒饭
原料:白饭300克,菠萝l/2个,葡萄干10克,虾仁、火腿、熟豌豆仁、草菇各20克,油2大匙,盐1小匙,胡椒粉l/2小匙。
做法:①虾仁、草菇洗净;火腿切丁;菠萝洗净去皮,拦腰切成两半,取1/2个菠萝,挖中间的果肉、切小丁,做成菠萝盅,放入盘内备用。②炒锅上火放入油烧热,加入葡萄干、虾仁、火腿、熟豌豆仁、草菇及菠萝丁,加入盐、胡椒粉及白饭炒匀,盛入菠萝盅内即可。
