In order to make good use of the calcium resource in tilapia bone, the technology of preparation of CMC active calcium by mixed acids of citra acid and malic acid applied to tilapia bone powder was studied.

The growth speed of hypha,esterase isoenzyme as well as CMCase relative activity among 39 different wild strains collected from different area of Dechang county in Sichuan province were studied.

These selected strains were repeatedly screened by measuring CMCase activity of fermentat-ing liquid and we obtained 4 strains whose CMCase activity is respectively 5.

Meanwhile CMCase and Xylanase of the non-mixed and mixed enzymes were determined respectively.

And their growth status on different medium and CMC enzyme activity were analyzed.

We made primary research about the effect when the cirrhina molitorella bone was transformed to active calcium under condition of the optimum technology,compound condition,activation time and activation temperature,different acid concentration,about different methods for extracting active calcium and test of some ingredient of active calcium.

This paper relates the basic property of calcium carbonate which affects the processingperformance of rubber and mechanical properties of cured compound, and briefly introduces theapplication of heavy calcium、light calcium、active calcium and nano-calcium used in rubber goods.

A new technology of producing active calcium in conbination with medicinal calcium carbonate has been presented.
