It is stated in the related vocation standards and codes that in hand over and take over measurement,it should be execute“weight in air”,but whether“commercial weight”is used in real oil sales and standards in other vocations? According to our understanding answer is no.
在有关国家标准和石油系统的行业标准中明文要求,在交接计量中,执行“空气中的重量”,油品销售现实交易中,是否都执行“商业重量”交接? 中国其他行业是否也执行此规定? 相应的计量器具检定规程是否也按此要求执行。
