用法用量:1.口服:30mg,Tid.长期服用改为Bid.饭后服。小儿:5-10岁:10-20mg,Tid;11岁以上:30mg,Bid--Tid.2.皮下肌内注射:15-30mg,Bid. 3.静注:1.2-1.6mg/(kg.d),wv 2-3次,2-3min内缓慢静注。
