It was found that Cu of CuNiCrAl alloy in low temperature H_2SO_4 solutions is easier subject to corrosion than Cr; and dechromisation of the CuNiCrAl alloy occurs at a certain concentration and temperature of H_2SO_4 solutions,and the tendency of dechromisaion of the CuNiCrAl alloy increases with increasing concentration and temperature of H_2SO_4 solutions.
结果表明:CuNiCrAl合金在低温H_2SO_4溶液中,合金中的Cu相较易腐蚀;当H_2SO_4溶液浓度和温度达到一定值时,合金出现脱铬腐蚀现象,溶液的浓度和温度越高,脱铬倾向越大,且溶液添加NaCl能促进合金的脱铬腐蚀,还对CuNiCrAl合金的脱铬机制进行了探讨。
