型壳中的锆、氧等元素的热扩散而产生了钛铸件的表面污染层,其厚度一般为20-200μm;采用ZrO_2、ZrO_2(CaO)、和ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)面层材料,铸件的反应层厚度依次为2001μm、100μm、50μm,由于氧化钇的加入,降低了氧化锆分解速度及Zr的活性,相应其面层材料稳定性最好,铸件污染层最薄,只有50μm,适合我公司生产薄壁钛铸件面层材料。
