性质:易流动的液体。熔点-60℃,沸点86-87℃(1.46kPa),59℃(0.266kPa),相对密度1.118(25/4℃)。微溶于水,可与DMF、CS2、CCI4等有机溶剂混溶。商品为盐酸氮芥,白色片状结晶,熔点119℃(110℃),易溶于水及乙醇。

制备方法:由二乙醇胺经甲酸,甲醛甲基化,氯化亚砜氯化而得。

用途:盐酸氮芥(C5H11CI2N·HCI,[55-86-7]是抗恶性肿瘤药。该品直接与DNA结合,影响其结构和功能,具有强烈的细胞毒作用,选择性差,对增殖细胞和非增殖细胞的作用近似。主要用于恶性淋巴瘤和蕈样肉芽肿以及肺癌,对未分化癌疗效好而快,与VCR、甲基苄肼等合用治疗何杰金氏病有较高的疗效。对卵巢癌、乳腺癌、绒癌、前列腺癌、精原细胞癌和鼻咽癌(半身化疗法)等也有一定的疗效。也可用作植物育种诱变剂。盐酸氮芥对粘膜有强烈刺激作用。
