t tJOShtjl dLJorl脱水段(dehydrated seetion of river)拦河筑坝后，在一定时段内坝下出现水量很少，甚至断流的河段。 水电工程下游河段出现脱水的主要原因有3种。 (l)承担系统调峰任务的水电站.机组停机时，下游河道一定距离内出现脱水。 (2)引水式电站，从大坝到厂房一段距离内的河道.在大坝无弃水，中间河段又没有来水补给时，将脱水。 (3)跨流域引水工程，调出流域引水处以下河道一段距离内有可能全年或部分时间脱水。 水电工程脱水段对环境的影响主要有: (1)对水生生物的影响。脱水段内的水生生物的生存条件将受到影响。 (2)对工农业生产和人民生活的影响。脱水段内如果有城镇居民点和农田需从河道取水，将因河道脱水而影响用水需求。 (3)对航运、过木的影响。如果河道在兴建工程前有一定的通航、漂木能力，将因脱水使船只无法通行，木材无法漂运。 (4)对地下水补给的影响。如果兴建工程前下游沿河两岸地下水从河道补给，将因脱水而影响地下水的水位。 (5)对脱水河道稀释能力的影响。一旦脱水，河道对污染物的稀释能力将减低。 如果下游河道脱水段内有珍稀水生生物，或者工农业生产、人民生活、航运、漂木、地下水补给以及河道稀释自净能力等对水流有一定要求时，就要做出满足生态环境用水和航运等需要的最小保证流量的分析论证。
