Objective: By the myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury model on isolated rat heart, to study the cardioprotective effects and its possible reasons of Nicorandil postconditioning in order to provide experiment foundation for clinical therapy of ischemic heart disease and myocardial preservation of extracorporeal circulation.
目的:通过大鼠离体心肌缺血/再灌注损伤模型,研究尼可地尔后处理对大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护效应及其可能的机制,为临床缺血性心脏病的治疗和体外循环手术中的心肌保护用药提供实验依据。
