利用雷诺应力输运模型对Stairmand高效旋风分离器的气相流场进行数值模拟,在此基础上对旋风分离器的分离效率、压力损失进行了研究,得出了不同条件下旋风分离器的分离性能,同时利用Barth,Iozia&Leith,Shepherd&Lapple,Cacal&Martinez,Dirgo,Coker经验公式计算了该旋风分离器的分级效率和压力损失,并分别和实验数据进行了比较。
