肝肾亏损痛经 病证名。痛经证型之一。见《中医妇科学讲义》。多因妇女禀赋素弱，肝肾不足，或早婚多产，房室不节，肝肾亏损，而致精亏血少，冲任不足，经行之后胞脉益虚，故经后小腹绵绵作痛，喜按，经来量少色淡，腰膝酸软，头晕耳鸣等。治宜调补肝肾，方用调肝汤，或六味地黄汤加人参、麦门冬、黄芪。
